Delivery options
Veneux works together with PostNL and DPD. Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day. Normally these postal companies will deliver your package to you the next working day. It can sometimes happen that the package is delayed due to busy times. We advise you to always follow your track and trace code. If the delay lasts longer than 2 working days, you can contact us.
Shipping costs
All orders above €50,- are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders below this minimum amount have shipping costs. You can find these costs during checkout. For other European countries we apply a surcharge, which is indicated during ordering.
What happens if I'm not at home?
Companies such as PostNL and DPD will first try to deliver the package to your neighbours. If they are not present either, PostNL or DPD will deliver the package to the nearest Parcel-shop. You will receive a message about this in your e-mail.
